The Physiotherapy Team at Phase 4 Performance offer therapeutic treatment and advice on safe participation in sports and promoting an active lifestyle to help all individuals improve and maintain their quality of life. The therapists’ play major roles in assisting individuals to recover from injuries, provide education and information to avoid injury and facilitate performance. Phase 4 Performance offers a wealth of Physiotherapy experience with staff having provided elite level care to the Gold Coast Suns Football Club, Gold Coast Titans Rugby League Club, Major League Baseball Australian Academy Program, Queensland Country National Rugby Championship team, Brisbane Roar W-League team, Matilda’s National Squad, Athletics Australia, Diving Australia & Queensland Reds and Tweed Heads Seagulls in the Intrust Super Cup. Our onsite access to practitioners such including Massage Therapists, Dietician and Exercise Physiologist also ensures we can organise swift multidisciplinary assessment and treatment to enhance your recovery.
